Upcoming Product
Virgin Groups
At Jio, the UX work for Virgin Mobiles' upcoming Dubai super app covered purchasing, loyalty, and rich communication features including chat, media, and calling.
It was an ambitious super-app effort developed in collaboration with a teammate, with the work focused on the product's next release rather than a public live launch.
The work reached successful pitch and design-complete stage, and had moved into development before my exit. I led the design foundation and overall direction, while a teammate executed many flows under that system and guidance.
The product direction was framed as a broader telecom and internet services ecosystem rather than a single-utility mobile app, connecting telecom, communication, content, and service workflows into one scalable product frame with shared navigation and interaction language.

Flagship Concept
JioSpace
Unlike JioMeet and its competitors, JioSpace explored immersive 2D virtual environments without VR. Users could navigate and interact in virtual spaces for celebrations, gatherings, and other shared experiences.
The concept included stages, rooms, virtual objects, and potential gaming integration, positioning it as a distinct opportunity in the Indian market. One example extended McDonald's Party beyond the physical venue so remote attendees could participate fully and even order food.
Role
Lead Designer — responsible for research, conceptualisation, design, delivery of key modules and feature areas, UI, and user testing.

3 designers, 1 product manager, 8+ engineers
